Not only that, my detox has an additional layer that you won’t find with a lot of other options. You won’t only be detoxing your diet and concentrating on what you eat, but you’ll also learn how to detox your home and the products you use. This is so essential for hormonal balance since we are exposed to so many chemicals every single day. A lot of these chemicals, also known as Endocrine Disruptors, can be contributing to your hormonal symptoms.
AM I LIMITED TO VEGETABLES AND SALADS?
Absolutely not! A common misconception about eating for hormonal health is that your options are limited to only veggies. This is simply untrue. In my plan, you will enjoy a variety of foods, including clean meats. Trust me, you’ll be eating a lot more than juices and salads.
WILL THIS HARM ME IF I AM PREGNANT? WHAT IF I’M BREASTFEEDING?
You’ll never be pressured to take supplements or unnatural substances that would cause disruption in your body. Yes, you'll want to avoid any supplements or herbs but this detox is simply a switch to more organic, healthy foods that will promote hormonal balance. You’ll want to drink more fluids and eat a bit more protein than usual, otherwise you’ll be perfectly fine. Of course, always consult your doctor.
