This Podcast episode is inspired by one of my closest friends. She started a workout routine for several weeks and became discouraged because she had not lost much weight. I started asking her a few questions and began to point out some positive changes that she was experiencing due to her workout regimen. She began to realize that her efforts were paying off in other areas.
I decided to dedicate a Podcast episode to this topic because I believe it’s so important. People often feel discouraged after they begin eating healthier and/or working out if they don’t see results as quickly as they’d hoped.
