Exercise is so important when you want to look and feel your best. Even when the desire to become more physically active is there, sometimes a busy and hectic schedule can make it difficult to establish and stick with a routine. As a nurse working night shift in the hospital a few years ago, it was so hard for me to find time to make working out a priority. It took me awhile to find some methods and strategies that worked with my schedule.
Now as a health coach, I work with many busy working women who have hectic schedules and juggle lots of responsibilities. There are ways to maximize the limited amount of time that you have to make it work.
