I'm Back with Tips for Preparing Your Body for Pregnancy


Its been quite awhile since I've done a Podcast episode for my readers/listeners and I am SO happy to be back! There has been some exciting things going on in my world that has definitely kept me very busy. I've had to prioritize and put a lot of my focus on some other areas for the last several months.


In this Podcast episode, I will be updating you all on whats been going on (all good things!) and also provide you with some tips to prepare your body for pregnancy. A lot of my work as Certified Women's Health Coach involves helping women with fertility. I often get many questions on the best ways to increase fertility, conceive more quickly, and prepare for pregnancy. I thought it would be a good idea to do an episode where I can give everyone some general suggestions and tips.
