Anxiety is such an important and personal topic for me, as this is something that I have dealt with myself for many years. Over time I have found much success with various strategies that help me to better manage this condition.
When working with clients in my 1:1 programs, stress management is a focal point because stress and anxiety can effect us not only mentally and emotionally but also physically. It can cause a whole host of symptoms and medical problems, it can sabotage any efforts to lose weight, and contribute to hormone imbalances.
