Hormones effect nearly every function in our bodies. When imbalanced, hormones can wreak havoc on our system and negatively impact how we feel. For women in particular, hormone imbalance can cause or exacerbate weight gain, bloating, infertility, menstruation problems, ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS and much more.
Although you should definitely be working with your physician regarding any specific health conditions, there are still a lot of things that you can do to help balance your hormones naturally.
